Zach went almost 2 weeks ago for a sleep study test and we just got the results. I hate waiting for test results. I know no news is good news usually but you never know if there is any news (good/bad) if it takes them that long to read the results.
Anyway, Zach does not have sleep apnea, THANK GOD. But he does have many sleep disturbances and they have diagnosed him with RLS (restless Leg Syndrome) Yes like he needs something else wrong. Atleast now we can try to fix/help him and go from there. They are going to do lab work to see were his iron levels are because that can affect the RLS. If they are ok then we will have to medicate to help him. If iron is low then we will start with iron supplements and go from there and see if things improve. I am sure his iron is low, mine always is and he is always very pale (sign of low iron), and always sleepy.
Zachary got his report card and did very well. Marissa did well on hers too (not sure if posted before on hers). Tomorrow is turkey day and we can't wait to have a much needed family day with some good eats. Happy THanksgiving everyone.

...............Halloween 2011
Halloween this year was pretty low key for Zachary. He doesn't really like going house to house so we took him to just a few houses of people we know. He started out by going to Lenny & Jackies across the street. Jackie was the wonderful person that made his costume of Phineas this year. Thanks Jackie it was perfect. Zachary has been wearing the head around the house and wants to wear the shirt to school as a regular shirt. If it has anything to do with Phineas & Ferb Zach is right on it.
So after visiting there we headed out to Nonnies house and to a couple of her neighbors then off to Mrs. Brazees house. Mrs. Brazee is his 2nd grade teacher who LOVES to give out kisses and always puts new lipstick on for the kids to leave lips on their cheeks. Last year Zachary would try to tell her no kisses, but now that he doesn't have her he loves her kisses. LOL So Mrs. Brazee & her husband found some wax lips and she had them on for him. She even gave him a pair for mom to wear and tease him with.
After that we headed home to pass out candy to the trick or treaters (we were gone not even 1 1/2 hr) to find out we ran out of candy already. I was like you are kidding me. Marissa said nope all 7 bags are gone and I only handed out 1 piece to each person. What happens is down the street the amusement park people (SOFO's) set up a stand where they give out candy apples, caramel apples, cotton candy, popcorn, caramel corn and the whole city comes by to get some then just hit our neigborhood. Kinda puts a damper on the evening for us because you get all sorts in the area for the night when its usually a very quiet neighborhood. So since the job was done, I decided to head to bed at 8pm because I wasn't feeling good anyway.
Zachary also had a halloween parade at school and a small party I was able to attend and help the kids out with. Its so cute to see them all get excited and dressed up.
Other than that, nothing really on the update side. Zach has had some pain issues but nothing tylonal hasn't been able to take care of. He has had only 1 seizure in the past month which is good they seem to be staying away.
Marissa did very well on her 1st report card in high school. She had a 88 average and did very well, even with mom nagging her to make sure things are done and handed in. She is dancing 3 nights a week and just doing odd babysitting/dog sitting jobs. She is loving the fact of having her own money thats for sure.
